Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at nettunochronos@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been completed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at nettunochronos@gmail.com to arrange the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping at no cost to you.
